I’m a Coffee Lover, Project Leader, ERP Consultant (odoo), fall in love with photography, and Content Creative.
One of my notable achievements has been reducing project costs by up to 15% of the initial budget by optimizing internal resources and negotiating better deals with vendors. Additionally, several projects I managed successfully delivered a budget surplus, which was then reinvested into other strategic company initiatives.
As a Project Leader, my responsibilities include:
• Project Leadership: Leading and managing projects through all phases—analysis, initiation, planning (including budget and timeline), execution, monitoring, and evaluation.
• Goal Achievement: Ensuring smooth project completion in alignment with the pre-determined timeline and budget.
• Scope Management: Maintaining the agreed project scope by analyzing and advising clients on “must-have” versus “nice-to-have” features to meet business needs effectively.
• Team Allocation: Assigning tasks based on team members’ expertise. For instance, delegating HR-related tasks to someone with strong HR knowledge and manufacturing tasks to an expert in that area.
• Cost Optimization: Implementing strategies to reduce costs without compromising quality, including resource optimization and vendor negotiations, leading to a 15% cost reduction in some projects.
• Budget Surplus Achievement: Managing project budgets effectively, resulting in several projects delivering a surplus that benefited the company’s broader goals.
• Problem Resolution: Proactively addressing bottlenecks by stepping in to support teams facing communication or technical issues.
• Pre-Sales Participation: Bridging the gap between the sales team and project execution by participating in pre-sales activities to ensure a smooth handover.
• Contract Oversight: Contributing to contract creation to ensure the project team is aware of critical terms, such as the scope of work and penalties for delays, which serve as the foundation for successful execution.
Through these efforts, I not only deliver projects on time and within budget but also create financial value for the company through cost savings and strategic budget management.

With the Supervisor help the Manager to make IT Planing each year based on the results of the analysis and evaluation in the previous year.
Analyze and evaluate network requirements, as well as design network architecture, integration and installation (Mikrotik and Cisco).
Analyzing and evaluating the requirements of the application system then planning and designing in making the application needs of the user (VB.net & PHP).
Ensuring data security, network access (from hackers & viruses), and system backup (end user database and data files).
Creating IT policies for internal control.
Server Administrator (Microsoft Server, Linux ubuntu & Citrix Virtualization).
Update company profile website design.
